Jenny started her journey as a
nutrition consultant, after
experiencing first hand how the right
diet can not only support overall
good health, but can also help in
healing and rebuilding the body after
stress and disease. She’s passionate
about sharing her knowledge and
supporting people as they make their
changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
Su Matthews
Su is a passionate believer in the
therapeutic benefits of regular
Pilates practice. And at 46, she’s
been practising Pilates for nearly half
her life. She’s a Level 4 Back4Good
Backcare Practitioner and Advanced
Body Control Pilates Teacher, and
has recently completed 'Pilates for
Bone Heath' training - a valuable tool
in helping to manage the symptoms
of Menopause.
