These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products and offerings provided by Henny Flynn, unless otherwise stated.
1. General Principles
All offerings are provided with care, integrity and respect for the individual.
By engaging with any of the services, events, courses, subscriptions or materials offered by Henny Flynn, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in any offering is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices and actions at all times.
2. Mailing List & Communications
When you purchase a product, book a service, sign up for an event, or register interest in an offering, you may be added to the Henny Flynn mailing list so that relevant information relating to your purchase, booking or participation can be shared with you.
You can unsubscribe at any time, or update your email preferences, using the links provided in emails you receive.
Unsubscribing from all emails may affect your access to course updates, subscription content, or communications related to offerings you have purchased.
3. Coaching
Coaching is offered as a reflective, supportive and exploratory process. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or mental health care.
All coaching clients are asked to read and agree to a separate Coaching Agreement / FAQs before coaching begins, which outlines the scope of the work, responsibilities and boundaries.
Clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing and are encouraged to seek appropriate professional or medical support where needed.
4. Retreats & In-Person / Online Events
Booking & Payment
Group events and retreats have minimum and maximum participant numbers.
Full payment is required at least four weeks before the event or retreat, unless otherwise agreed.
Some retreats / events may require a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations by You
If you cancel more than four weeks before the start date, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel within four weeks of the event or retreat, a refund will be offered only if your place can be filled from a waiting list, unless otherwise agreed.
Transfers to another event may be possible at discretion.
Cancellations by Us
If an event or retreat is cancelled, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative event.
Attendance & Safety
We reserve the right to decide who attends an event or retreat, in order to support the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
Participation is at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing whether an event or retreat is suitable for you.
We recommend appropriate travel and health insurance for in-person retreats.

Please let us know at least two weeks before an event of any access needs, health concerns or dietary requirements.
All food provided (unless otherwise stated) is vegetarian and designed to be suitable for gluten and cow-dairy intolerances, with minimal use of refined-sugar. It may contain trace allergens.
