Compassionate spaces to reflect, share & listen

Gather with others — without pressure to perform, compare or justify any aspect of your unique process.

I offer a small number of group spaces, each with a different rhythm and depth.

Across these spaces, we may explore themes such as self-compassion, change, boundaries, grief, self-care; learning to listen to ourselves more closely and always paying attention to what’s alive in the group.

All group spaces are held with an emphasis on choice and respect for difference.

Short group journeys

Short courses, held weekly, live on Zoom, exploring a particular theme, usually held as lunchtime sessions, over four to six weeks.

Free events

Occasional workshops and mini-retreats to practise, learn or explore a particular approach, free for everyone to join.

Immersive programmes

Longer group work that unfolds over several months, allowing trust and insight to deepen over time. Gathering live on Zoom each month.

In-person retreats

Once or twice a year I offer a chance to come together in person, perhaps to further deepen the work or simply to enjoy the deepest rest and restoration.
