The Field

Change can feel vulnerable, even when it's something you've chosen. Its very nature means we navigate so much of it on our own - and it can feel hard.

What if there was another way?

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there. - Rumi.

What is The Field?

The Field is where we practice compassionate self-enquiry.

A safe space you can turn - and return - to, regardless of where you are in your own process. With the support of others doing their own work, an expert guide, and your inner wisdom, you'll have time and space to be with whatever is arising for you.

If you've been listening to the podcast, you'll already know this way of looking at things. The Field is where you can explore the same kinds of themes, in the company of others - seeing how they can directly support you.

This is not:

  • A course teaching a methodology

  • A programme following a fixed path

  • A community solving each other's problems

This is:

  • You doing your work

  • Others doing theirs

  • Holding space for each other

In The Field, we work with three principles: calm, kind, and clear.

Calm: We hold space for whatever arises. No rushing, no fixing. Your pace is welcome.

Kind: We speak and act with compassion. No judgment, no advice, no assumptions. Everyone's experience is valid.

Clear: What's shared here stays here. There's no requirement to participate - share only what feels right.

How we work together

This might be for you if...

… Something in your life is shifting - even if you can't quite name it yet

… You've been navigating change largely on your own and you'd value some company

… Life feels full right now and you'd welcome somewhere that asks nothing of you except to show up as you are

… You're curious about change and want to understand what can help make it feel easier

“Being in the Field really has been good for creating space within and around me, so that I now have a greater capacity to hear myself and what is becoming clearer to me.”

The Field, Season One

“I find that so many spaces of our life today lack connection and as humans seeing the physical person is a dimension that allows energetically linking with that person that we cannot ignore.”

The Field, Season One

“The balance felt perfect to me. I enjoyed the mixture throughout each session - engaging and enlivening.”

The Field, Season One

“Thank you again for the whole experience, I really look forward to the next one.”

The Field, Season One

“I appreciate the lack of pressure and opportunity to experience each topic individually and without pressure too.”

The Field, Season One

“You! Your lovely gentle, welcoming style and wise counsel.”

The Field, Season One

September - November 2026

Each season, we turn our attention to an overarching theme. Right now, it's ‘being with what arises’ - exploring concepts of judgement, invisible standards we hold ourselves and others to, and what it might mean to step out from under them.

We'll gently explore:

  • SEPTEMBER: Stepping out of judgement - exploring the protection that judgement and the inner critic seek to offer

  • OCTOBER: Naming what we notice - the importance of being able to acknowledge and allow what is present

  • NOVEMBER: Holding what needs to be held - the complexity of holding space for the bitter and the sweet in life

Gate closes 9 September

We open and close as a group, so everyone moves through the season at the same pace; protecting the quiet space between seasons, honouring our time together.

Looking ahead… January-March 2027, we'll turn to the stories we tell ourselves.

What we’re sitting with this season

What happens in The Field?

Each month, we gather (second Thursday, 7-8:15pm UK) to explore a theme that serves all forms of change.

I'll share a practice - something embodied, something that helps you see where you are in your own process.

We create space for reflection. For noticing what arises. For witnessing each other without fixing.

Between gatherings, I'll share reflections and prompts in our private Circle space. Some people engage regularly, others dip in. Both are welcome.

This isn't about keeping up. It's about showing up as you are, when you feel called.

In a world full of demands and high alert and constant calls on our attention, our nervous systems need places we can rest and breathe and reflect.

My dearest wish is that The Field feels like a place of greater safety for all who choose to gather here.

A few questions you might have…

Whatever change you are navigating - whatever you are moving toward - it can be good to know there is a place to pause.

A place to connect with others, on their own paths, to share, to receive, to rest.

This is The Field.

I would love to meet you there.

With love
Henny
