Working with organisations, teams and community groups

For leaders, teams, and the people who support them

I spent over twenty years working inside organisations - as a brand director, a head of, a board member, and eventually as an in-house executive coach at Aviva. I know what those environments ask of people. And I know how challenging that can be.

The most meaningful change rarely happens at the level where it first appears. A leader who keeps getting overwhelmed isn't struggling with time management. A team that can't communicate isn't lacking the right framework. What sits beneath is usually something quieter - and something that responds to being met with honesty, curiosity, and genuine care.

I stepped away from corporate life because I wanted to work at that deeper level. Not surface-level goal-setting, but the kind of careful, attentive coaching and facilitation that helps people see themselves more clearly - and from that clarity, find their own way forward with confidence.

Whether I'm working one-to-one with a leader, facilitating a group programme, or holding space for a community navigating something profound, the foundation is always the same: seeing the whole person, without judgement, before anything else is asked of them.

One-to-one executive coaching

A private, attentive space

I work with leaders, founders, and professionals navigating significant change - whether that's a transition in role, a shift in direction, or something less easily named that's getting in the way of moving forward.

My approach works beneath the surface. Not because the practical goals don't matter, but because lasting change happens when someone can see themselves clearly enough to trust their own judgement - and act from that place with confidence.

A typical engagement runs across seven sessions, with a free discovery call before we begin. Where it's useful, we can build a triad with a senior leader or sponsor into the programme.

Group programmes and facilitated workshops

For teams, organisations and leadership communities

I design and deliver group programmes and workshops for organisations navigating change - drawing on a small network of experienced facilitators to bring the right combination of skills to each brief.

This work is always shaped by the specific needs of the people in the room. Grounded, practical, and deeply human - it creates the conditions for something genuine to shift, rather than simply delivering content at people.

Community and charity programmes

Holding space for the people who hold others

Some of the most meaningful work I do is with communities built around shared experience - people who are resilient, resourceful, and often profoundly under-supported.

I lead group programmes and peer support work for Menopause & Cancer, and collaborate with the founder of MPowder on work with corporations around menopause in the workplace.

This work asks for the same qualities as everything else I do: genuine presence, deep listening, and the capacity to meet people exactly where they are.

If any of this resonates - whether you're thinking about your own development, or considering bringing this kind of work into your organisation - I'd love to hear from you. A conversation doesn’t signal commitment; simply a chance to think together about what might be useful and how to move forward.
