Before you arrive
This retreat is yours to shape in whatever way feels right. You can find all the T’s&C’s, just here.
There’s no programme or fixed format - simply space for rest, reflection and reconnection. You can sleep, write, walk, cry, dream, dance, be still. The whole of you is welcome here.
What to bring
Pack whatever helps you feel most at ease. A few things that might be useful:
Cosy, comfortable clothes
Wellies or walking shoes / boots
Something warm to wrap up in
Waterproof coat (weather is very changeable round here!)
You can also swim in the river if that's your thing
A book, journal, or anything you’d like nearby
We provide towels and organic toiletries (including shampoo and conditioner) - to support our aim to sit lightly on the land.
Food and drink
All meals are vegetarian, gluten-free and made without cow dairy or refined sugar. We do use eggs and goat/sheep cheese.
Feel free to bring whatever you can't do without. There's a small fridge in the retreat house for you.
Digital-free
You may wish to have a phone-free stay - for part of the time, or your whole visit. You'll find a little box to store your phone, if you'd like to disconnect from the outside world, or we can care for your phone for you.
Phone signal can be very patchy but there is WiFi if you need it.
WiFi: Flynns
Password: Be@peace
Extras you can add (if you'd like)
As part of your stay, you'll have some time with Henny - to help you settle, set your intentions, and to gently explore anything you'd like to work through while you're here. And before you return home, you’re invited to share a guided cacao ceremony to support the integration of your time here.
There's also the option of:
A focussed programme of 1:1 coaching with me
Morning meditations and personalised daily Flow Journaling prompts
A guided bike ride or personal training session with Anton (BACPR trained PT)
There’s no pressure to plan ahead - you can decide when you're here.
Any questions?
If anything comes up between now and your retreat, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
In the meantime, we're looking forward to welcoming you to this beautiful land.
