Let us know your preferences…
All the food is vegetarian, gluten-free, cow-dairy free with no refined sugar. Please note that while dishes are all plant based, they may include eggs or goat / sheep cheese, and may contain traces of gluten.
If you have any allergies, intolerances or foods you usually avoid, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can plan the menu to suit the whole group.
Before you arrive
This retreat is yours to shape in whatever way feels right. You can find all the T’s&C’s, just here.
While we’ll offer a range of reflective practices, guided walks plus opportunities for solo time as well as time to connect as a group, there’s no fixed format you have to follow - simply space for rest, reflection and reconnection. You can sleep, write, read, meditate, walk, dream, move, be still. The whole of you is welcome here.
What to bring
Pack whatever helps you feel most at ease. A few things that might be useful:
Cosy, comfortable clothes
Wellies or walking shoes / boots
Something warm to wrap up in
Waterproof coat (weather is very changeable round here!)
You can also swim in the lake if that's your thing - there is a chance we may have access to a sauna too (fingers crossed!)
A book, journal, or anything you’d like nearby
Everything else is provided.
Food and drink
All meals are vegetarian, gluten-free and made without cow dairy or refined sugar. We do use eggs and goat/sheep cheese.
Feel free to bring whatever you can't do without.
Digital-free
You may wish to have a phone-free stay - for part of the time, or your whole visit. If you'd like to disconnect fully from the outside world, we can care for your phone for you.
If you’d like to share an emergency number with any loved ones, they can message Henny: 07794 397126 or call Anton: 07837 065946
Any questions?
If anything comes up between now and your retreat, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
In the meantime, we're looking forward to welcoming you to this beautiful land of no requirements.
